Calendula Teaposy

The Calendula teaposy is the sturdiest of the group and has the sunniest disposition! Its straight forward entrance matches its impish nature and long-lasting, sweet taste. Have you guessed our Calendula is part of the Marigold family?

Calendula teaposies make a medium-bodied tea, lightly tinted with a golden color. A nutty taste mixes with sweet flora to produce a distinctly sweet and long-lasting taste. Naturally infused jasmine contribute to its brilliantly-fresh flavor and heavenly scent.

This hearty variety may last well over a week for display purposes*.

Each teaposy brews 80 ounces of tea. Simply pour brewed tea into a large container and gently add more boiling water to teapot containing teaposy. Repeat this process until 80 ounces are brewed.

If you have a surplus of brewed tea, store it covered, in the refrigerator up to one week. It's delicious hot or cold.

*After brewing is complete your teaposy may be displayed in clear water. It makes a beautiful conversation piece or a brightly-colored accent to any room.

In addition, the lovely memory of watching the entry of your teaposy into the world remains well beyond brewing day.

You may want to rinse the brewed teaposy once or twice to obtain a clear appearance, unless you prefer a light hue, as many do. We recommend refreshing the water daily by emptying and refilling the display container with fresh tap water.
